Matt McKeigan is a strategic initiative and change consultant and the founder of Zaiphr AI. He works with leaders to translate business goals into clear, workable plans, especially when data and emerging tools are involved.
His focus is practical AI use cases that save time, improve accuracy, and reduce manual work. The priority is measurable improvements in day-to-day operations.
Responsible use matters. Matt emphasizes governance, privacy, and change management so teams understand how decisions are made, who owns outcomes, and how tools fit existing workflows.
Based in New Brunswick, he partners with Atlantic Canadian businesses and non-profits, bringing a steady, execution-focused approach.
